1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Inaugural.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or legal entity, you represent that you possess the authority to bind such entity.

2. Commercial Rights & Generated Content Ownership

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and an active paid plan or adequate credit balance:

• Full Commercial Ownership: You own all right, title, and interest in and to the marketing assets, video commercials, copy, and images generated via your account.
• Advertising Freedom: You have full rights to publish, broadcast, distribute, and monetize generated assets across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, TV, and billboard formats.
• Watermark-Free Access: Subscribers on Starter, Growth, and Scale plans receive clean, unbranded video and image assets.

3. Credits, Billing, & Subscriptions

• Credit Deductions: Image creations consume 1 credit. Video generations consume 10 credits (base 4s 720p), scaling dynamically with duration and resolution.
• Recurring Subscriptions: Billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings.
• Purchased Credit Bundles: Top-up credits never expire and roll over indefinitely.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Inaugural.io to generate misleading deceptive ads, hateful content, copyright-infringing material without authorization, or malicious disinformation. Inaugural.io reserves the right to suspend accounts violating safety policies.
